“I strive to have a collaborative relationship with my clients where both of us are committed and invested in the process. I encourage you to think of our sessions as your time for self-care. I aim to help you figure out how your relationships influence your specific concerns, and vice versa. Our work may focus on the past, the present and the future as we discuss the changes you would like to make in your life. Since this process is not easy and often challenging, I strive to create a comfortable environment where you feel safe to openly discuss your concerns, thoughts and feelings in order to achieve your goals.”
